The project objective is the construction of a Hotel Resort and SPA in the location Al Messila Area which is a prime location along the “D” Ring Road (Doha Express Way), on a field area of about 132,000 Sqm. It contains one Five (5) Star Hotel Unit, a Fine Dining Restaurant, a Wellness SPA and Fitness Centre, a Kid’s Club, a Small Masjid, a First Aid Clinic, a number of 30 villas, a Gate House, pools and landscaping.The hotel main building is divided at three parts through two expansion joints.The aforementioned structure is developed at 3 levels, a ground floor level, a mezzanine floor and one basement floor.
