The masterplan provides for a mainly residential building complex with minor retail, amenities and other services.
Structurally the project consists of 2 basement floors, 1 ground floor, 2 podium decks and 3 separated towers.
The overall structural scheme features also pools and landscape provisions.
The 3 towers namely T01, T02, T03 consists of 20, 14 and 10 slabs above 2nd podium level.
