Pantelis Pantelidis Director of Geotechnical Engineering Services
CAREER HISTORY
1988: Diploma in Civil Engineering , Structural Division, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece. 1989:M.Sc. “Soil Mechanics & Engineering Seismology”, Imperial College of Science, Technology & Medicine, Great Britain. 1998: Postgraduate Degree, “Structural Analysis & Design”, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece. 1992-1998:Permanent associate of the geotechnical engineering design and supervision firms “EGM Ltd” and “EDAFOS Engineering Consultants Ltd” Athens, Greece. 1998-2009:Permanent associate as Design and On site Engineer of the Construction Company “EDRASSIS–CH. PSALLIDAS SA” Athens, Greece.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Pantelis as a permanent associate of two prominent geotechnical design firms “EGM Ltd” and “EDAFOS Engineering Consultants Ltd” for 7 years had the chance to design and supervise a substantial number of Geotechnical Projects before joining the leading at that time Geotechnical Construction Company in Greece “EDRASSIS–CH. PSALLIDAS SA”. Having a strong theoretical background he had a unique opportunity to participate for more than 11 years in many Geotechnical Projects either as Design-Supervising Engineer, or Onsite engineer manager and in some Projects he was assigned both positions. Furthermore, in “EDRASSIS–CH. PSALLIDAS SA” as a member of the Department of New Projects he had the opportunity of contacting several clients and visiting several sites of geotechnical-structural interest in order to provide cost-effective design solutions-offers or improving already existing designs for various simple to extremely complicated Geotechnical Projects.
